Mercury Development was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina by Greg Ferguson and Mike Jones, two veterans of real estate development in the Triangle area. The company was formed to fulfill a need met by very few developers in the market.

Mercury develops residential neighborhoods for national home builders with homes and town homes ranging from $120,000 to $400,000.  Projects presented herein represent project experience by the partners of Mercury Development.
